Banana Bread

Dry ingredients:
  • 220g spelt flour
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 70 g of brown sugar 

Wet ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 125g coconut oil
  • 3 ripe bananas


Preheat your oven to 160 degrees and lightly grease a medium size loaf tin.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a mixer.

Mix all the wet ingredients together. Now add the mixed dry ingredients until you get a smooth consistency.

Pour mixture into greased loaf tin and place in the oven.

Bake for 50 minutes or until the banana bread is golden brown on top. 


This banana bread tastes delicious on its own, or toasted with some butter. It makes a great snack for kids and adults alike.

You can also freeze it after you have cut it into slices that can then be defrosted in the toaster!!
